Services

One firm for your whole finance function

Strategic guidance, dependable books, and modern systems — scoped to what your organization actually needs.

Fractional CFO Services

CFO-level financial leadership for a fraction of the cost of a full-time executive. We sit on your side of the table: reading the numbers, planning the cash, and speaking for your finances with the people who matter.

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Monthly reporting packages built for decisions, not shelfware
  • KPI development and performance monitoring
  • Bank, auditor, board, and investor relationships
  • Pricing, hiring, and growth decisions grounded in the numbers

A fractional CFO is right for you when:

  • You're making real decisions — hiring, expansion, financing — on gut feel because the numbers arrive late or not at all.
  • Your bank, board, or investors are asking questions your current reports can't answer.
  • You can't justify a $200k+ full-time CFO, but you need one several days a month.

Bookkeeping

Full-service bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online that keeps your financials accurate, current, and ready for anything — tax season, an audit, a loan application, or Tuesday's management meeting.

  • Transaction coding and bank/credit card reconciliations
  • Month-end and year-end close, done on a schedule you can rely on
  • Accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Payroll journal entries and coordination with your payroll provider

What you get every month:

1

Books closed and reconciled, with nothing lingering in suspense

2

A financial package you can read in ten minutes

3

A CPA who already knows the answer when someone asks about the numbers

Finance Automation

AI-Enhanced

The hours your team spends re-keying data between systems are hours we can usually eliminate. We design and build automations around your accounting stack so the routine work runs itself — reviewed by a CPA, not left on autopilot.

  • Automated invoicing, payment processing, and expense capture
  • System integrations and workflow design around QuickBooks Online
  • Cloud accounting setup, cleanup, and migration
  • Recurring report generation and custom dashboards
  • Document workflows: statements in, coded transactions out

Why clients ask for this:

  • Less manual data entry means fewer errors and faster closes
  • Real-time visibility instead of waiting for month-end
  • Finance capacity that scales without adding headcount
  • A back office that keeps working when someone is out

Questions

Answers before you even ask

How does pricing work?

Almost all of our work is a flat monthly fee, scoped in a written proposal you approve before anything starts. The fee depends on transaction volume, complexity, and the level of CFO involvement you need — the discovery call is where we figure that out together. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices.

Do you work in QuickBooks Online?

Yes — QuickBooks Online is where we live day to day. We also set up, clean up, and migrate QBO files, and we work with the tools around it: payroll providers, bill pay, and reporting platforms.

What if my books are a mess or months behind?

That's common, and it's fixable. Catch-up and clean-up work is usually scoped as a one-time project alongside the ongoing monthly engagement, so you start from a clean baseline.

How is a fractional CFO different from a bookkeeper?

Bookkeeping keeps the record accurate and current — it looks backward. A CFO uses that record to look forward: cash flow projections, budgets, pricing decisions, and representing your numbers to banks, boards, and investors. Many clients use us for both, which keeps the whole finance function under one roof.

How do we switch from our current accountant or bookkeeper?

More smoothly than you'd expect. Once you approve a proposal, we handle the transition: access to your accounting file and bank feeds, a review of where things stand, and a catch-up plan if one is needed. Most transitions are done within the first month.

Do you only work with businesses in Macon?

No — we are based in Macon, Georgia, and much of our work is with Middle Georgia organizations, but the practice is built to serve clients anywhere. Most engagements run remotely on QuickBooks Online either way.

Not sure which service you need?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. Tell us where things stand; we'll tell you what we'd do — and what it costs.
