He founded David Bearchell CPA, LLC to give small and mid-size organizations the kind of finance function big companies take for granted, at a size and price that fits.
His practice spans fractional CFO work, full-service bookkeeping, and finance automation, with a deep bench of nonprofit experience — churches, schools, United Ways, and community organizations — alongside operating businesses and family offices. Day to day, that means QuickBooks Online, month-end closes, board packages, budgets, and the steady stream of questions that come with running an organization.
David runs a modern practice: AI-assisted workflows handle the repetitive work, and he personally reviews everything that goes out the door.
